This legal notice clarifies where hienzo operates, what account eligibility requirements we enforce, and what responsibilities users bear for verifying their own compliance with local regulation.

When you apply for account withdrawal, we verify your registered residential address against the payment-method location and originating transfer details. If your verified location falls within a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, your withdrawal request is denied and funds remain in your account balance. You may reallocate those funds to other gaming activities on hienzo, but conversion to external payment (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) will not process until location verification is cleared or you provide documentation of relocation to a permitted jurisdiction.

We do not refund deposits from accounts later identified as non-compliant with jurisdiction restrictions. Account funds are forfeited if withdrawal cannot be processed due to regulatory prohibition. This policy applies consistently across all regions; we make no exceptions based on historical deposits or account tenure.

A territory where local law permits online gaming and we can legally process payouts. Permitted status varies by payment method and region.

Restricted jurisdiction

A territory where online gaming is prohibited or heavily regulated such that we cannot process withdrawals. Access to hienzo from restricted areas is user's own risk.

Account Eligibility and User Responsibilities

Account holders must be adults (age 21 or older in most jurisdictions, subject to local law). We do not verify age at registration; age verification occurs at withdrawal time using identity documents (KTP for Indonesia residents). If documents reveal the account holder is below the legal threshold, the account is immediately suspended and all funds are frozen pending account closure procedures.

Users acknowledge sole responsibility for ensuring that their access to hienzo complies with their home jurisdiction's law. We provide no legal advice. Accessing hienzo from a prohibited jurisdiction does not indemnify you against legal liability; hienzo bears no responsibility for your local legal status.

We reserve the right to terminate any account if we identify regulatory concerns or suspicious behaviour. Account closure may result in funds being frozen pending legal clarification or forced return to compliant territories where applicable. Users do not have a right to continued service; account access is conditional on ongoing regulatory compliance.

Our hienzo Liability Limits and Dispute Resolution

We at hienzo limit our liability to the lesser of the amount in dispute or the total account balance at time of dispute submission. This limitation applies to all claims—settlement errors, payment-processing failures, service interruptions, or account compromise. We accept no liability for consequential or indirect losses (lost earnings, opportunity cost, reputational harm) arising from hienzo service use or unavailability.

Disputes are resolved through our internal escalation process detailed in our Terms of Use. We provide no binding arbitration, external appeals process, or regulatory ombudsman mechanism. Users in restricted jurisdictions have no formal complaint pathway beyond our internal review; we provide no escalation to external authorities.

We disclaim warranties regarding settlement accuracy, market availability, payment processing speed, or platform uptime. The service is provided "as is" without guarantee. Users assume all risk of participation; hienzo is not liable for gaming outcomes, market closures, payment-method failures, or regulatory changes affecting service availability.

Data, Privacy, and Regulatory Disclosure on hienzo

Such disclosures occur without advance user notice if legally prohibited; we comply with legal obligations regardless of user preference.

We undertake no obligation to maintain service in jurisdictions where regulation changes to prohibit online gaming. If local law shifts, we reserve the right to cease operations in that territory, freeze accounts, and initiate forced withdrawal procedures. Users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang should monitor local regulatory developments; regulatory status is not static.

Our legal entity operates under the framework applicable to our registered jurisdiction. We do not hold a license from any specific country's gaming regulator. We do not claim ownership of your personal identity or payment information; we hold such data in trust subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We do not provide legal representation; we undertake no obligation to defend user interests in regulatory proceedings.
