hienzo Terms of Use
These terms govern access to hienzo's platform and services available where local law permits. We set out our policies on account opening, deposits and withdrawals, bonus conditions, dispute resolution, and jurisdiction restrictions so that users understand the framework under which our service operates.
hienzo provides an online entertainment service integrating slot tournaments (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), sportsbook markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, badminton, MotoGP), and esports tournaments (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile). Dispute Resolution and Complaint Handling
